Tailor-made 6 or 9-month partnership

Which includes:

1x 1-hr chemistry session to get to know you.  Ensure coaching would be beneficial, explain my expertise and background, talk about confidentiality, ethics and boundaries.

  • Fully contracted agreement for the programme which captures key goals, outputs and compliance.

  • 6/9x 1.5hr sessions once every 4-6 weeks to cover values, steps towards goal, challenges to be overcome, resourcing the goal and accountability for making changes.

  • 3x 30-min burst coaching on call as and when you need it to quickly chat about an idea/challenge.  

COACHING PARTNERSHIP RETAINER

Which includes:

1x 1hr chemistry session to get to know you.  Ensure alignment and expectations are beneficial to client and partnership.  Explain expertise, confidentiality and boundaries. Fully contracted.

  • 1x 1.5hr session per month focused on outcomes agreed in rolling 9-month agreement.

  • 1x quarterly review of progress toward outcomes.

Single burst coaching sessions also available to follow-up or as a taster.

Team Coaching Programme

6 or 9-month programmes

2x 1-hr chemistry sessions with the leader and the whole team together to explore key challenges and potential agenda.  Discuss confidentiality and ethics as well as team ground rules and dynamics.

  • Fully contracted agreement for the programme which captures key goals, outputs, progress indicators and collaborative working.

  • 6/9x 2-hr sessions to facilitate the team agenda interwoven with trust, belonging and resilience; exploring opportunities for growth.

  • 3/5x 1-hr 1:1 coaching sessions to support the leader or a team member.

1-3 day bespoke workshop

Partnering with nature to aid creativity and explore team belonging, increase resilience and spotlight psychological safety.

  • Facilitate a team agenda with time to collaborate, innovate and celebrate together.

  • Coaching the team by providing thinking space in a wonderful place.

Our Coaching Partnership

Positive regard for a client’s uniqueness is key to building a trusting partnership where a client feels able to share thoughts that they may not have been able to share before.  Clients often say, ‘I haven’t told anyone this before’ or ‘I can’t share this with anyone else’ and this freedom of expression and feeling heard is the key for you to do authentic and precise thinking.  

Active listening, asking intuitive questions during the flow of thoughts is a skill that I have honed for the last 18 years.  I open up every engagement with a chemistry session to discuss your expectations of coaching, detail the process and better understand tools and interventions that may be beneficial and will optimise our work together.  This is followed up by a full contract detailing all the elements to give you both peace of mind and a reference for the coaching engagement. 

The equality of partnership is so fundamental to the success of the coaching relationship and whilst some areas can be difficult to talk about, my approach is that emotions are all information that we can work with and my ultimate aim is to get to know you in sufficient depth to enable me to ask transformative questions.

  • Going outside and experiencing coaching in a different way was really helpful. I’m very used to just talking at a screen and it was initially slightly uncomfortable but ultimately very helpful to do things differently. Georgie set the whole session up really well, both in terms of explaining the benefits but also using some grounding techniques to get us started.   • I have tried coaching on two previous occasions and had never clicked with the coach or felt I got much value. I felt other coaches focused on what they wanted to discuss or areas where they had tools they felt comfortable using, so it was more about them than me. The insights always felt shallow and obvious. I wanted to give coaching one last go as I knew I needed help to overcome the barriers I was facing. I felt my experience with Georgie was different. Firstly we both put effort and thought into the matching process. Georgie made it clear and easy for me to walk away if we felt it wasn’t right at that early stage. The tools and practices Georgie used are guided very much by the conversation and need, it is not one size fits all. The key thing that struck me was her attentiveness, two out of our four sessions were conducted in nature without a notepad and pen, she listened and guided where necessary and picked up the critical points. During the two-hour sessions Georgie allowed me to speak have space to think and be silent. The space for silence usually allowed us to get to the underlying problem I was dealing with.
