Finding your space in nature

We all have our favourite places to go and think and feel the restorative power of nature.  In this video I invite you to intentionally find yours. 

 Authenticity and being attuned to your own mind body connection is key to finding the place to optimise your thinking.  The brilliant thing about being in nature is that you benefit from all the restorative effects of breathing in the fresh air, resting the executive function and gaining greater perspective about your opportunities, challenges or stuckness.
