I found myself breathing in the fresh coastal air, basking in the sunshine and watching my gorgeous ones play in the sea. Uncompromisingly fulfilling 😊.

Also returned to Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly book and a quote that really resonated in the moment was:

‘…there’s no equation where taking risks, braving uncertainty, and opening ourselves up to emotional exposure equals weakness’

Such wise words, from a wise lady. Wisdom I’m going to try and embody for my family and my business.
